Our origin
We started with a simple observation.
For most small teams, HR lives in spreadsheets, email threads, and someone's memory. Onboarding a new hire means a week of scattered paperwork. Performance reviews happen in a Google Doc no one can find. PTO is tracked in a shared calendar that's always wrong.
We believe the first week of a new hire's job sets the tone for everything that follows, and it should feel organized, warm, and effortless. That belief became HRGrove — an all-in-one platform that brings enterprise-grade HR to teams that have been overlooked by the big platforms for too long.
HRGrove is built by DataSpark Tech LLC, a US-based software company focused on AI-first tooling for small businesses. We're building in close partnership with our early customers — their feedback shapes the product every week.
