HRGrove is an AI-powered, all-in-one HR platform built for small businesses with 1–50 employees — the companies big HR suites overlook and overcharge.

We started with a simple observation: for most small teams, HR lives in spreadsheets, email threads, and someone's memory. Onboarding a new hire means a week of scattered paperwork. Writing an offer letter means googling a template and hoping it's compliant. We believe that first week sets the tone for everything that follows — and it should feel organized, warm, and effortless.

What we do differently

AI writes the offer letter, builds a role-specific onboarding plan, drafts your policies, and answers your HR questions with your company's context in mind.
